"Adventure # 3: We held off holding the sign “ Arkansas Girls ♥ Crazy Horse” that Tami had sent from Arkansas, till they had nearly finished playing “Cinnamon Girl.” Carolyn held it up & Ralph spotted the sign first, & then pointed a drumstick toward us & mouthed to me, “Are you’re Michael?” I nodded & mouthed back “Yes.” He nodded back at me... Then Billy spotted the sign & his face lit up like an infield fly. The biggest smile came over his face & the moment was magic & captured for all to see... Billy pointed the sign out to Neil, & Neil had this big grin on his face as well.. Job done Tami & done well... More on the sign later.... The best part.. — with Billy Talbot."

In comparison to the year 2012 -- which was "A Year of The Horse" -- 2013 was yet another triumphant year for Neil Young and his associates.
The man's productivity, resilience and sheer drive continues to be both amazing and inspiring.
2013 had many amazing highlights as noted above for both Neil Young and Thrasher's Wheat.
Once again, we ponder that age old question: Is Neil burning out or fading away? We argue that he is neither. Neil Young is the quintessential survivor.
So we celebrate the music, achievements and all the good folks at Shakey Pictures. Onwards to 2014!
As for us? We're excited about evolving our collaboration Thrasher's Wheat Radio with WBKM.org. So we'll see you down the road in 2014.
