The Alchemy Big Amps are back!

Playing in a much smaller venue in Hamburg tonight, we saw the return of the Rust Never Sleeps/Weld/Alchemy stage props, along with all theatrics of lab coat techs and psychedelic lighting.

Same setlist as Berlin, Germany last night but without "Like A Hurricane" and added encores of "Roll Another Number" and "Everybody Knows This is Nowhere".

Overall, a much stronger performance tonight in Hamburg than previous night in Berlin.

Neil & Crazy Horse were much looser and relaxed tonight and it really came thru in the music and vibe. "Walk Like A Giant" was much more intense and longer with the feedback drama that was missing in Berlin. Also, along came the return of the blowing trash across the stage during the crushing feedback crescendo.

Also, the proper volume (i.e. very loud) was achieved. In Berlin, the vast amphitheater's outdoor acoustics dwarfed the sound system and did not reach the upper levels very well, we've heard from various reports.

In brief summary, the boys were in great spirit -- laughing and kicking themselves -- as usual. Another outrageous "F*!#in' Up" with many specific members of the audience pointed to a told that they "were just a fuck up." Much hilarity ensued.
