Hi.Thanks LV for helping save the planet for another day!
LV is running beautifully. We have an app onboard that tells us in real time exactly what our continuous CO2 savings are compared to a regular gasoline powered car or truck of equal size and weight. Currently we have saved a half-ton of CO2 from entering the atmosphere, traveling a little over 1100 miles.. Our goal is to save the weight of Lincvolt in tons of CO2 over the next few weeks. That weight of Lincvolt is just over 3 tons.

Real interestin .
Somewhat more interestin are the comments on the closed Lincvolt site , by a fella that calls himself " the driver "
A fella that has not lived here long enough to exercise the privilege to vote for our Prime Minister .... the Right Honourable Stephen Harper , a Prime Minister that has been elected by a free nation .( the silent middle class )
Come back to Canada and stay , and earn the right to vote and ridicule ......

this is one reason why I love Neil Young. He cares about people and the planet. This is Susan Miller I won Neils book and Thrasher Wheat emailed me as they were very kind wanting to know if I were able to get a ticket because I am very ill and couldnt afford one. You folks are very beautiful people from Neil Young right don to Thrasher Wheat. This car would save on gas prices and help to stop the pollution. If more people cared this world would unite as it should. God Bless all you guys. I love you!

Unfortunately ethanol is bad for small engines. I need to use an additive in my motorcycle to combat the bad effects of the ethanol on the engine, and now they are trying to push 15% ethanol on us which will really damage small engines for motorcycles, lawnmowers, boats.

I know all my small motors do not do well on it. And what's with the shelf life of gas? I can't keep gas for a month without it separating. It was never that bad.
