Here's some news that new Neil songs from the 1986 Buffalo Springfield reunion have been uncovered.
Robert Broadfoot from the Neil Young Unreleased Facebook group writes:
I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to listen to some previously unknown recordings from the 1986 Buffalo Springfield reunion sessions at Stephen Stills’ house. Most will already know the recordings of Neil’s Road Of Plenty and Stills’ Unconditional Blues from the videos on YouTube. What many don't know is that the band worked on no less than 5 more songs including a great version of Neil’s Don’t Take Your Love Away From Me, and a completely new never-heard-before song of Neil’s (but possibly a co-write) called I’m A Fugitive. Not only is it interesting to hear the Springfield working on two more Neil songs, but the recording and the number of songs involved suggest that the reunion, although very short lived, was never meant to be a mere jam session with the boys. It was presumably part of embryonic plans for something much more substantial. A tour? An album? Sadly nothing came of it. In this fairly lengthy article, I look in detail at the songs the band was working on, including the lyrics to I'm A Fugitive. I have already written to Neil to try to find out more about this song.

Great article, Robert! Amazingly thorough. If you’ve heard the songs chances are Neil has them on tape somewhere plus potentially a whole lot more. Although Dewey & Bruce have passed we still have Neil, Stephen, Richie, Joe & the cameraman to shed additional light on the sessions. Hopefully one or more of them will speak up if an inquiring soul with inner circle access can capture their attention. Thank you for sharing.
