I think the song should have just been called Peaceful Valley. Not sure why he gave away the twist....
Le Noise is one of the best things Neil ever did! The album brings Neil to a new undiscovered level. A higher level that even makes the horse sound like .... Well I am not going to argue about that with NY fanatics over here. Peaceful Valley Boulevard is a great song!

Thrasher, you know I am on your side with most of the things you do over here in homemade intergalactic Neil universe. But I have to say I am really proud about this shocking meat video you have in the sidebar at the moment. Really appreciate it. Hope old Neil will write a song or two about this once. You know I have been a vegetarian since Time Fades Away was released. I am proud of it and I still believe just showing a video can change the world.

Actually, we don't really have much control over what ads are displayed here.
Ads can be rejected, but the whole review process is cumbersome.
In this case, we actually pondered pulling it but thought better of it. Not that we disagreed with the message in so much that folks just might be so offended as to leave site entirely.
So thanks for the ad feedback. it's appreciated.
This is a "factory farm" issue so we have our definite concerns and hope to raise awareness.
lastly, as most of you know, we've agonized on this whole ad business thing for years. we hate them and wish we didn't have to run ads.
So that's why the donations & Amazon purchases are so helpful in keeping TW going.
Maybe someday we won't have to run ads...
