Pretty disappointed in this film, I found the song footage switching between different years jarring. Would have much preferred the full show from the tour.
Watched the film this morning and I appreciated the intentions very much, but I too feel that the transitions between different performances was jarring as well. For me anyway, only a couple transitions actually worked. I did really enjoy the sequence with CSNY doing Southern Man, but I wish it would have been the complete performance. Great songs and great performances throughout, but I felt like it was a work in progress. Just my two cents.
Peace 🙏
Timeless Orpheum is quite beautiful, and is more than just an extended ad for Water.
We live in troubled times, and TO certainly does not duck them.
But it also makes a nice case for Love.
And Time? I don't mind jumping between Woody's memories at all. In fact, some of his memories are
quite close to my own.
A million stars.
