Neil Young: An Enemy Of George Bush. An Enemy Of God.
Sometimes we come across some really bizarre stuff. But this one is off the charts and makes a lot of the usual Neil-bashing seem pretty tame.
From Shelley The Republican posting on "Neil Young: An Enemy Of George Bush. An Enemy Of God" that has so many errors it's hard to know where to start? For example:
"He likes to call himself the Godfather of Grunge. I have heard that this name is a reference to a sick sex-act during which his fellow Canadians and caffeine-crazies from Seattle cover themselves in a disgusting gloop (the “grunge”) and embark on unspeakable rites and crypto-pagano-sex rituals."
Hmmm, never heard that before about grunge?

Um, even a quick reading of the blurb you posted led me to believe it was parody. Look at the rest of the site.

It has to be a joke. I mean, as an example of how scientists are "godless", she cites L. Ron Hubbard. Having said that, even as a parody, it's a bit concerning because there are people who do think like that.
Samuel Luke Johnston's post is typical of the current thinking among conservatives - that speaking your mind in a democracy and questioning the decisions of the presidency is somehow tantamount to treason and is patently unchristian-like. This is a very dangerous direction that this country has taken under Bushie.
The last time that I checked the constitution does permit free speech, and went to great lengths to separate church from state. Oh....how we have forgotten.

Ohhhhhhhh Kaaaaaaaaa....... back away from the computer, I am reading really strange things again. Next thing you know, I will be reading that GW and Deadeye Dick are actually Christians. Sometimes I cannot wait for Jesus to return and kick some ass....which occassionally would include me, so I better stop throwing stones, but really..............grundge?
