Unscripted Interview: Demme & Young
A fun little interview between Neil Young and director Jonathan Demme is up on Unscripted @ Sundance '06.
The interview takes place at the Sundance Film Festival for the premiere of "Heart of Gold". "Neil Young, reveals two things: how he channels Hank Williams in 'Heart of Gold,' and his secret, unrequited love of Good & Plenty candy."
Demme asks Neil about "Bernard Shakey" -- his "nom du cinema".
Neil comments on how playing Hank Williams guitar and Demme remarks about Neil seemed to adapt the persona.
As the interview concludes, Neil remarks off-camera on why the program is called "Unscripted" when they're both reading the questions?
More interviews with Neil Young, Neil Young films and his collaborations with film director Jonathan Demme.

hilarious interview! So whatever happened to Good&Plenty's??
Ah... I love hearing that man talk. Almost as much as I love hearing him sing. Great interview.
Laughed my ass off! This is the best interview I've seen in awhile......thanks for the heads up, Thrasher.
What a hoot! Gotta find me some of that Good-n-Plenty!
I never realized Neil was so funny? It always seems that he's so serious. Definitely saw a warmer side here.
neil is a riot !
whenever i get confused by neil's actions, i always ask myself :
is he kidding ?
then everyhting else falls into place !
Christ,I told ya all along....Neil HAS got a sense of humour!
When I interviewed him in Auss recently that was quite evident.. If thrash didn't edit me I would post the rest of my interview with him from down under.
