The latest tour blog hints at another European tour in Spring/Summer 2026, great news, just hope he can stay healthy enough to keep touring. The cancellation of the final two ELO shows in Manchester and Hyde Park tonight shows how precarious it is for performers reaching their late 70's. Neil was fearless in Hyde Park, I've been thinking back over the many shows I've seen and I don't believe I've ever seen him as happy on a stage as he was on Friday night. An absolute joy to witness.
Apparently DH re-joined the circus for the day... Over the years, since 2019 at least, the fact that there are hundred thousands of Neil Young fans all across Europe maybe moved to the background of perception with both Neil Young himself and his management. Now that he mentions Italy and other countries or cities in his travelogue it appears that this tour reminded him how welcome he is among those who make a difference between the reigning racket and authentic and decent folks living there, too.
That is a tremendous news about a return to Europe in the spring or summer of next year. This tour has been wonderful. Neil is in great physical and vocal shape. He has made us very happy, and also reminded us of the rare opportunities to see artists of this caliber. God willing, we will be able to see him again in 2026.
And a heartfelt thank you to this site. The hours of entertainment are countless. It is a true hidden treasure. Thanks to everyone who makes it possible.
I’d just posted similar on Friday’s thread, never expect much than the odd ‘how ya doin?’ in terms of interaction but he seemed to be really revelling in Friday’s crowd reaction. Be great if there is another Euro tour next year but if that was the last time for me, top notch performance by one of the greatest performers and what a touring history he has. Maybe the best ever.

No change in the setlist. Id liked to hear some songs from the new album, in particular Big Change, but I imagine he has reserved these tracks for the US tour, maybe for more political impact. It’s not a big deal, it was an absolutely great concert. Neil’s playing was really flamboyant, precise, formidable, both on the electric and acoustic parts. Encore with Hey hey my my, absolutely thunderous, an electric storm to tear out your ears. It was Neil’s first concert for my children aged 6 and 8, and it was a magical and unforgettable evening for them. Thank you Neil and the Chrome Hearts for this moment, which will remain a highlight in the family. I will not forget the pride of my boys wearing their Crazy Horse shirts.
