A sorta bizarre listing of 10 Great Psychedelic Neil Young Moments - Spinner Canada:
'Where the Buffalo Roam'The original vinyl soundtrack is quite rare but copies how up now and then on Amazon.com | WHERE THE BUFFALO ROAM [LP VINYL]
Neil Young sings "Home on the Range," the official song of the state of Kansas, during the opening sequence to Bill Murray's semi-autobiographical Hunter S. Thompson 1980 film Where the Buffalo Roam. Young's song concludes just as the film cuts to a scene of Murray-as-Thompson having a gunfight with a fax machine and training his dog to attack a Richard Nixon dummy before setting out on the film's booze 'n' drug-filled adventure.

Cool! I don't think I've herd that before?
(Herd, get it???)
I think I'm funny :(
Great soundtrack! from around the Rust Never Sleeps and Hawks & Doves era I think. I've had the vinyl for many years. Also Bill Murray is great in the film.
Just need to get that soundtrack into my iTunes. A few Neil "Rarities" bootlegs out there include just the one "Home on the Range" track.
