Neil Young Concert Reviews - Clearwater, FL, September 22, 2010

From St. Petersburg Times | Neil Young displays his many facets by Sean Daly:
At a sold-out Ruth Eckerd Hall on Wednesday, in front of 2,180 well-heeled hippies vociferously ecstatic at seeing a major figure on a small stage, the solo Young was intense and brooding, but also crowd-pleasing and playful, mixing in sing-along hits with buzzy political cuts from new album Le Noise.
It was a 90-minute who's-who of Young personae.
Neil Young will be performing tonight at the Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater, Florida. Allen Toussaint will open the concert.

Was in Clearwater last night for the show and it was--fill in any adjective you want--fucking awesome! I was lucky enough to be in the second row-less than 20 feet from Neil and he is just perfection as a player and a performer. A genius! Thanks for everything Neil.
Love, love, loved the concert. Neil was amazing. Getting ready to see him again tonight in Hollywood. Did anyone think the audience was too tame or was that what Neil wanted?
