I said "I knew it had to happen sometime". It's happened three or four times since then. Mostly I sak then if they have ever heard "Heart of Gold". Some of them haven't, but one said "Oh, that guy!" Curiously enough, many of my younger friends know who he is because "my dad has a bunch of his records." The "awesome stuff in my dad's record cabinet" experience seems to be fairly common. There was this black guy named Hendrix or something, WOW, could he play. Stuff like that.

HER MUSIC TEACHER, IS AMAZED WITH HER KNOWLEDGE OF "THE GREATS" & RELIES ON HER FOR ANSWERS..
THE TEACHER DRAWS A BLANK... & CALLS ON MY DAUGHTER FOR MOST ANY TRIVIA IN "MY" ERA.... IT'S GREAT THAT SHE LOVES THE "GOOD" MUSIC & I'M VERY PROUD.. HOWEVER, AT TIMES, I WISH HER INTEREST HAD GROWN IN MATH AS IT HAS WITH HER MUSIC.. LOL!!!
