“Due to illness, Neil Young is regrettably no longer able to induct Pearl Jam at this Year’s Induction Ceremony”
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has announced that Neil Young will no longer induct Pearl Jam into the Hall at the April 7 ceremony, as he was previously scheduled to do. In a statement, the Rock Hall wrote that Young will be absent “due to illness,” as Rolling Stone points out. In his place, David Letterman will induct Pearl Jam.
