Women & Young A Tribute to Neil Young | Charleston, SC

On January 9, Women & Young -- a tribute show to Neil Young featuring some of Charleston’s best female vocalists -- will be at Charleston Music Hall.

We love Neil Young and wanted to create homage to one of America’s most influential songwriters and musicians. We thought it would be even more interesting if we had women interpret Young’s songs. We kicked off this series back in October with Women & Waits, and it was a magical evening indeed. So magical, that we decided to keep the series rolling. Look out for more “Women &” shows in the near future.

The female vocalists for this show include (expect 1 or 2 more to be added plus some surprise guests):

The evening will consist of two different bands backing these women with two sets. The bands will be The Western Polaroids and the Hungry Monks.
