At last night's concert in Seattle, WA, (Oct. 4, 2015), Neil Young with his band Promise of the Real announced the launch of the new website GoEARTH.org.

We live in an unimaginably beautiful paradise that's dripping with Mangos, Tree Frogs, Orcas, rainforests and a zillion other miracles of life surrounding us. Generations of concerned citizens have been fighting to protect this amazing planet from the destructive effects of industrialization. In the last decades, environmentalism has become a lot more serious than hugging trees & saving Whales. The Earth itself has become an endangered species!

We are in the midst of the largest die-off of plants and animals since the extinction of the dinosaurs & this time, the comet hitting the Earth is human 'progress' itself. Our remaining rainforests are a mere fraction of what they once were. Our wildlands have all but vanished. Our oceans are terribly polluted & overfished. Our very survival depends on working together to protect the Earth & we must act now!

There is no "Planet B." Here's a list of leading organizations who are tackling these problems and making a powerful difference ... Join them!
