Very nice - looks like Neil and Stills got a good thing going, between the two of them.. Forgotten all about the other two guys? Nash still sulking about a tour to boost the 1974 box?
Nice to see. It is a shame Stills has lost control over his voice. I don't mind the gruffness of it, but it seems to go where it pleases. Otherwise he seems to be writing good songs and playing great guitar and seems to be a more willing partner and less of a competitive jerk onstage.
Stills and Whitten were the two guys who stand next to Neil at a microphone and sing and play guitar and be more than a backup band, they could add something, be co-lead vocalists, be co-lead guitarists. The moment has passed, but I would have liked to see these two guys play together more back in the day.
Does anybody knwos when we can expect to new the rides album?
Still great musicians,Neil and Stephen.
