LIVE STREAM TODAY: Neil Young's Green Performance Keynote @ SEMA, Las Vegas
Neil Young will be in Las Vegas to give the Green Performance Keynote on the topic of "Repowering the American Dream."
Young's LincVolt is built "to inspire a generation by creating a clean automobile propulsion technology that serves the needs of the 21st century and delivers performance that is a reflection of the driver's spirit."
The keynote speech will be today, Thursday, November 7, starting at 11 a.m. (Vegas time) and you'll be able to stream it by watching the video above.

Was it just my computer, or was this totally unwatchable? Picture was clear but it sounded like AM radio static.
No, the problem wasn't on your end.
Before stream started there was a message saying they were having technical difficulties.

I imagine that Shakey Pictures was on location and will post the event sometime soon.
Neil was awesome as a speaker!! He says he was a little nervous, before he spoke, but who could tell? And in another couple of months he will be facing an audience of thousands at Carnegie Hall? Who could do that? Not me!!! He is very smart in knowing about environmental issues, and he explained it in full detail. Now I understand what he means when he says we need to save the planet for our grandkids. It is going to take that long to get the government to understand that we are killing the planet, with all the carbons, and gasses, and everything that we use for fuel for transportation. If the government can afford to put men in space, and all the other money that is wasted on foolish things, such as sending satellites to Mars, a place that no one really cares about, they can afford to make batteries for cars, and other necessities to make them more energy efficient and do less harm to our planet. We need to worry about OUR planet, and put more resources HERE instead of the moon and Mars!!!! Let's start a petition drive, and get the ball rolling!!! We need more scientists, engineers and others to put their minds together and do this!!! We need more education and make it a priority to save our planet!!! Neil has done a lot by just putting his money into something that makes a lot of sense. I think more people (like Warren Buffet, and Bill Gates and others) should help Neil with his efforts to save the planet. They have the resources, and they can get people to help the same as Neil is doing with his efforts. Keep up the good work Neil!!!
One more thing... I was shocked when Neil showed a video about his travels in LincVolt. He traveled somewhere I believe it was up north, where the pipelines were. It was so dark and desolete, and dreary. There was no life, nothing but smoke, ash, haze... It was such a scary sight. could not imagine what it would be like to breath the air from that place. That place looked like Hell.... Wow. Thanks Neil, for opening my eyes....
