Thrashers Wheat Radio has arrived in Berlin, Germany to cover Neil Young & Crazy Horse's European concert tour!
Last night, Berlin was alive with the sound of Neil Young & Crazy Horse at multiple pre-festivals held across the city in anticipation of the concert tonight at Waldbühne an outdoor venue with festival seating.
From Eric & Tony on WBKM.org:
A night that had us galloping free upon the heartstrings of a Crazy Horse. Thrashers Wheat Radio has so much to report from Berlin. To arrive and have our friend Heinrich recognize our shirt in an instant and in minutes driving us to the penthouse suite - above a town with folks literally dancing in the streets. Alive with passion, we journey on foot and witnessed a 5000 person beautiful protest!....whether for or against....how refreshing to feel the old country acting! From my perspective the European is still not nearly as lost in technology as those back home. I felt the connection of SO MANY driven and hungry to connect......and connect from the heart. “Over and over again” we sang together 30s strong to start the night. Brat's, Sauerkraut, and cheese covered potato.....pints of ) Pilsner from a neighboring town....Love and only LOVE all around. We're going to bring back coverage for Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam & Paris in the days ahead.
