With all the hoopla and drama of the Olympics in London, we thought it would be nice to remember the Vancouver Olympics 2010 Closing Ceremonies with Neil Young.
Neil Young performed "Long May You Run" for the Vancouver Olympics Closing Ceremony: Winter Games 2010. As snow gently drifted down from above, Neil strolled about with his harmonica rack and Martin guitar.
Following Young's performance, the cauldrons were extinguished and the torch arms retracted, bringing a symbolic coda to the Olympics finale.

How wonderful to see these photos again, thanks Thrasher, it still gets me all choked up seeing Neil standing there all alone in that vast open space and just filling it with his beautiful music...magical.
