To echo Mariam- a local NYC rustie who had not heard a peep about this. Thanks to this *fantastic* blog as always for the tip. Very excited to have a ticket- notice ticket prices were raised at some point this morning...must be selling very fast.
I was a little skeptical about ponying up $ for a "talk" but considering the Demme film's don't have a guaranteed DVD release- this feels plenty worth it.
Agree with the above comment about a possible Fallon appearance!
P.S. anybody have any ideas about how I can get into the talk at the book publishing event without penning my bio in the next 2 months ;)
Only an excerpt from the film is being shown? (acording to the Y site) .... still would be cool though.
According to insiders at Sony - Neil Young Journeys has a dvd release date of 11/20/12. Subject to change...
