Interesting that RHCP's Man Needs a Maid is not on here... although from what I hear it was pretty atrocious.
Michael - I just watched a bit of RHCP's version on You Tube - and what you heard was accurate. Looking forward to seeing Everest's version of Rev. Blues...

....with a free Le Noise Flipbook!
Thanks BSM!
"a free Le Noise Flipbook"?!
what's a flipbook??
That's when you get a free LeNoise book you flip out. I ordered it anyway.
Thrasher, this flipbook is something from the Gary Burden shelves. It was originally intended to be released as a gift for LWW. Let's impeach the president. Neil liked the idea to make a George Bush flipbook. In the beginning he was flipping when Gary showed him the idea but after a while he did miss the flopping.
Rumor has it that this whole flipbook idea was initially developed for Everybody's Rocking with the Shocking Pinks. David Geffen told Neil the album would be massive, Neil thought it would be a flop so Gary Burden brought in the flip. This story has not been confirmed.
And personally I have no idea what a Le Noise flipbook looks like???? But it's looks kind of reasonable and logical to me to release a free Le Noise flipbook with an International Harvesters album while on tour with the Buffalo Springfield... get it? It's all one flipbook.
This is how a flipbook looks, a robot fight:

I see the DVD is available for pre order thru Amazon in the US but not in the UK.
Does anybody know if it will be getting a UK release?
Amazon.com warns if detects buying from UK that this is in"Region 1" format. It's a Blu-ray disc rather than a DVD and therefore if in US format it will be Region A. European Blu-ray players take Region B.
If you are in UK & have a US player that handles Region A, or one that can swap between Regions, then safe to order.
If it really is region specific & do not have a suitable Blu_ray player then maybe try for the DVD- most DVD players now can are multi-region.
I'm in the UK & just ordered the Blu-ray from Amazon.com via Thrasher's link. (I've a suitable player.) I'd been looking for this yesterday with no luck. Serves me right for not checking in to TW for a couple of days !
I've seen the DVD and the damage done, a little part of it in everyone, but every singers like a setting sun.
