The Plan For Upcoming Weeks
Gee.
Can anyone say Neil overload?!
We've got Neil Young's European Concert Tour of Summer 2009 kicking off today in Barcelona, Spain.
And next week, we have Hell scheduled to freeze over with the release of The Archives, Volume #1.
So our thinking is that we'll have dueling top stories for awhile to come. Our plan is to create 2 posts each day. The top post will be that day's concert reviews. Underneath we'll have an open thread on NYA where you can post thoughts and questions.
We're not sure what Archives Guy's plans are but he may check in from time to time. But if you know the answer to folks questions, try and help out.

Believe it or not, I bought my copy of the Archives today. Yes, it is true, they exist, I have my copy here. Living in Germany seems to have some advantage sometimes. In addition, I am looking forward to Neil's concert in Cologne in June. Hope he plays Harvest Moon for Liza

The Archives will be amazing and overwhelming. Musicindustry will change forever. It's a pity that I've go to work next week. So, it will be long nights with The Archives.
I almost forgot to mention that the man himself is coming to Europe for several gigs. And I'm going again to one his concerts.
There is no better Neil than to hear him playing his Old Black. Hope he's gonna play some tracks from Tonight's The Night, like he did on 04-27-09 in Denver. And maybe, maybe Like a hurricane.

The Official NY Archives purchase page is NOT necessary to obtain the free mp3 card. You'll get that with any purchase of the DVD or BD sets, purchased anywhere. I'm sure you can find a better price anywhere else.
