Social Networking Madness: Following Neil Young via Thrasher's Wheat
Sigh.
Well, another Neil Young tour closes and hits the record books on Sugar Mountain.
Oh, what to do now with all of this free time???
OK, so social networking is all the rage these days. While we were tracking the latest Neil tour, we didn't pay too much attention to our twits, pokes, friendsters, mogs, pings, burns, rolls, etc.
You know, all that cross-platform micro-blogging aggregation stuff.
So, in the spirit of trying to stay connected and updated with all the Neil Young news that's fit to blog, here's a couple of our latest little widget thingies over there in the right sidebar.
If you use Facebook, you can follow Thrasher's Wheat directly via your page using the Networked Blogs link on right.
Also, a couple of other things to note to help stay on top of Neil's never ending tour (we hope).
Just a reminder that we're now microblogging with Twitter. You can follow by clicking on widget on right.
We're quite surprised at how rapidly the number of Twitter subscribers has surpassed email subscribers. Apparently, e-mail is too slow for Neil fans?!
But if the original killer app e-mail is still cool with you, then subscribe to news update notifications via FeedBurner. See right sidebar for subscribe info.
Also, see sidebar for our other favorite Neil feeds from Rust, Rust Radio, BNB, etc.
And, if you've got Neil, then here's how to contact us.
Thanks everyone for all the tour updates!

I can't believe this tour is over already! It's Europe in less than a month! And the Archives in less than a month too!
Keep on Rockin' in the Free World indeed!
Thanks for all you do Thrasher, on what has to be the best blog on the 'net!
Davie from Scotland
And Los Angeles is still waiting for that make up gig which never came after he cancelled the LA gig back in October because of a labor dispute . . .
Only 26 days until Archives Volume 1 is released!!!!!
Yes, I'm believing it will arrive on time after waiting almost 32 years; I count from the time I bought "Decade" when I said, "I want more, a lot more"!!!!!
Thrasher, we all should have a big party on June 2!
By the way, I LOVE "Fork in the Road." I play it at least once a day!!!
Keep on rockin'.....
