The latest issue of Broken Arrow Magazine, published by the Neil Young Appreciation Society just arrived so we're just now getting a chance to take a look. As always a nice read -- especially as we try and chill out before the next tour legs begin.
Issue #113 (February) of Broken Arrow Magazine - as usual - has some fine articles, commentary and nice photos. Great front and back cover photos by Steve Babineau from Worcester, MA, December 13, 2008. (We had a chance to catch with Steve before, during and after the show and can tell you he works hard to get the quality shots).
Also in the issue:
- A Major Re-Appraisal of Buffalo Springfield's Last Time Around by John Einarson (this is major with over 12+ pages of details and rare photos
- A Preview of Fork in the Road by Editor Scott Sandie
- Road Reports from Fall 2008 N. American tour and Australia 2009
- Volume Drinkers East Coast leg Tour Report by Paul Docker, NYAS#391 (We had the priviledge of meeting Paul & Guy on the road and can attest to the fun & volumes!)
Also included in the issue are nifty collages of Neil young magazine covers by Dieter Ostrowski.
Check out the Neil Young Appreciation Society page for more info on how to join.
Don't be denied!
Thanks Scott and everyone who is supporting the NYAS & BA!

Why did I not go there? That's the big question for today. B.S.M.
That is a great cover shot! Probably the best recent photo I have seen of Young.
Watch out!
Here comes the cash flow!
Here comes the REAL business man!
The real bad guy.
Your money will be gone soon.

Yes, yes, yes, another great video! B.S.M.
When my copy arrived and I saw the 20+ page review of 'Last Time Around' I thought it was going to be really dull. Actually it was a revelation, a really well written, informative piece. Broken Arrow just gets better and better.
