A Christmas Wish From Iraq

Just before Christmas, Thrasher received a CD from a buddy up in Canada with a track on it that caught our attention. The track is called "A Christmas Wish From Iraq" by Bill Laing, an avid musician and appreciater of Neil Young's music, and his wife Lauren.
Last we caught up with Bill, he was helping Kevin Chong launch “Neil Young Nation” in Winnipeg.

Bill. I'm enjoying "A christmas gift" very much. However,"Wounded deer" is still my favourite. Keep writing those great songs. I'm going to need more if i'm going to have a Bill Laing tribute band someday!! : )
