I wish I could attend this one too! I reached my quota of rock and roll road trips for the summer! So Grateful we are rollin’ on! Long live the Chrome Hearts (or whatever they change their name to).
I had the privilege of seeing / hearing Neil & the CH’s play twice this summer. I had a blast at both. At Bend I was thrilled with the long song electric extravaganza & river theme! Hollywood Bowl was the “best $30 I ever spent” to sit in the Thrasher’s Wheat section (mid left). Again, thanks to Knowledge Nomad for the heads up!
The HB show flowed in a gorgeous way. The song list was way different than Bend. Got to see Old Man & Harvest Moon there, which my family was keen to hear. Singing was so good!
Thanks to Neil Young & the Chrome Hearts for hitting the road and delivering the goods! What’s that they say? Never change a winning game. Maybe Love Earth will roll on.
The times they are a changin’ and we ain’t gonna work on Maggie’s Farm no more. The orange will rot. No labor to pick our crops. King Dumb Ass didn’t realize what the US economy runs on : poverty wages & immigrant labor! We should treat them very well because they work so hard and we are short in our labor pool! We need workers to support social security for everyone & themselves! Health care for ALL! We will demand it, and they will give it. People have the power.
The US is no longer the world leader we thought it was. In fact, we are ruled by a moron. Millions in the streets will soon change that.
I dread a larger scale repeat of Ohio when Trump tells the troops to fire on the protesters. He is a sociopath bent on stoking conflict so it will likely flare up.

Lana Del Rey . That is a head scratcher. I mean is anyone a fan of hers and also NY ? Strange days indeed. Most peculiar Momma.
I think that may be the point? The age spread casting a wide net. That & all 3 (NY, Beck, Lana Delray) left coast names?
I have attended more protests than concerts this year.
Holding out hope for that 3.5% to awaken sooner rather than later.
Beck makes sense. He found a way to get w NY early. He played a BSB when many ppl on the lawn didn't know him. Loser was out and I liked it so I did. I saw 2 more in which he played . And 2 others not Bridge. I'm a big fan have his first about 7 CDs going back to One Foot in the Grave. Then Mellow Gold. I admire and support Missy Grants participation in a worthy cause but can't see her fans knowing who Neil Young is. It's a parochial group of girls and young women. Now going back to Bill , as a promoter he often put disparate groups on the same bill in a deliberate try to mix things up. It's going to be a small setting.
