I do love the new album & the songs that have been discussed on TW so far by you & others. It is a strong album, critically reviewed similarly to fan reaction. This is a big album for Neil. He has “still got it.”
Loud fans shouting “Plug in Motha-f’er” (@ recent warm up show do not represent us well. Imagine being the loud jerk who convinced our music hero to just stop performing.
The real long term Neil Young fans are not shouting out songs at his live show obviously. He will play what he wants!
Complaints about length of show at this point are counterproductive, & disrespectful to Neil Young & aging humans not feeling 28 anymore. The fact that Neil will go out and play shows at all is cause for celebration.
The new album is musically exciting with Interesting lyrics & themes. The vibe from the last album was painful to feel.
Second Song has a better vibe & a better love song about DH than he has done so far, imho.
The vibe & end result of the recording sessions on the album reflect an healthier Neil Young. Acceptance came from the more painful phases his recent tough times. The vibe from his heart embodies the songs on the album. Equally Important as the full moon in sessions with our favorite music hero.
Thank you for your activism Neil! Farming, Global Warming, fossil fuels, human rights. Neil & love are in the right side of history!
About superstorms, currently drenching the east US coast: this is just a warm up for even bigger climate catastrophes caused by man’s reckless greed with fossil fuels. The Idiot King has tried to stop green energy in every way he can. But in the end, he will have convinced the world that depending on oil for your economy is unreliable, unsustainable. He may get a prize for this, I say in jest.
With droughts & superstorms in global warming, vertical farming becomes necessary to sustain human life.
Our nation is led by a moron who thinks he is king. The poison between his ears is bringing the US down like a rider with an arrow in our back. He is an anvil around the neck of “America” & the rest of Earth’s inhabitants as well.
The world asks why the Americans put up with it! Why let him destroy the USA?!

As drought threatens to dry out the American Southwest, as AI sucks up the water while running on gas turbine engines, we can see that AI is way more valued by Trump than humans, clearly. WWIII looms over the world, we keep breathing. We hope for the best.

Meanwhile US East coast has a “Nor’easter” storm hitting at the highest tides of the year. It won’t be too long now until they are doing kayak tours of NYC & manhattan.
“Global Warming is a hoax.” History will not be kind to that guy, to say the least.
Green energy is cheaper, even if you don’t count the cost of superstorms caused by Global Warming.
The costs of ignoring climate change are enormous, monstrous. Pushing fossil fuels is reckless & suicidal on a planetary scale.
