Here’s hoping they can come back closer to Boise, and make up for the mid tour cancellation of the Love Earth tour.
Peace 🙏
Solo show in Ontario, Canada, May 25th
Hope everyone gets what they want with the tour dates. Personally I'm no fan of big outdoor events, so if there are some solo shows preferably in an intimate indoor venue that would be my wish.
Having said that if Neil does announce an outdoor show near me I would probably still try to get to it. You never know if there will be another chance. Very much regret not going to see Tom Petty in Hyde Park London 2017 when I could have.
PS - off topic but I was sad to read of the passing of Garth Hudson, the last remaining member of the Band - gonna have to give The Last Waltz another listen. Reading one of the obituaries however did lead me to an album of his that I didn't know - Garth Hudson Presents: A Canadian Celebration of the Band - and it features Neil performing Wheels On Fire. I don't recall ever hearing this before or even knowing of its existence. It's worth a listen if like me you don't know it.
Thanks Ron for the Garth music tip. I got to see the original band line-up at Pine Knob in Michigan and it was great. Such a unique sound they all had together.
