Farm Aid is coming to Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania on September 22. Ticket pre-sale starts July 10.
Performing this year, Dave Matthews (and Tim Reynolds) with fellow board members Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young as well as Jack Johnson, ALO, Pegi Young & The Survivors, and Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real.

Last year I was listening to Farm Aid live on Sirius in a parking lot. A few of the girls in the smoking area gathered around to hear Neil. Nobody spoke during the performance. It was pretty cool.
So is it Neil Young & Crazy Horse or just Neil for Farm Aid?
Charity event would be the operative phrase here.
The silence is deafening. I dread to say it looks like we will be getting an unlistenable version of Crazy Horse.
Neil has the ability to intimidate people into silence. He WILL dominate. The more you protest, the more he will shove someone or something you dislike down your throat, even when its clearly to his own detriment. He's more of a bully than people admit.
