Concert Reviews Lethbridge, Canada of Neil Young - 4/25/09
From Lethbridge Herald - Neil Young's popularity knows no boundaries by Pamela Roth:
It’s not very often a legendary rocker like Neil Young comes to town with his pork-chop sideburns and acoustic guitar, ready to rock ‘n’ roll. So when Barb Janusz and her son Olek heard the news the 64-year-old would be performing at the Enmax Centre, it was an opportunity the pair knew would only come once in a lifetime.
(Thanks neilyoung.org!)
From Everest (EverestBand) on Twitter: "Rumor has it we're singing Change Your Mind with Neil tonight. Cross your fingers for us."
Neil Young will be performing tonight at Enmax Centre, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

Great show! Neil and the band seemed in a very good mode from start to finish.
Fantastic sound from the floor and well worth the drive from Calgary to hear Cortez with its trio of Pocahontas and Spirit Road.
Great piano by Neil while others did the guitar for Speakin Out and Tonight's The Night.
I also got my wish for the encore!
If that was Neil's last Canadian concert for a while, Keep on Rock in in The Free World!
What a great show! Cortez was mind-blowing. After he sang, "What a killer," the song got very chilling and very intense.
All the songs Neil played piano were also incredible. Although - unfortunately for them - I think the TNT songs were lost on the crowd for the most part. They were all still riled up from singing along to Old Man.
Spirit Road is a great song, and he gave a great performance.
Great show! Loved every second...
"He came dancin' across the water....he came dancin' across the water.........He came Dancin' across the water!....Cortez, Cortez, what a Killer!!..."
DAMN! My first Neil show, what a BLAST!! He had me at LOVE... all the memories from the show all sorta flow in and out of eachother, but in a great way... wow! The pairing of songs like Needle and the Damage Done with similar-themed song as Tonights The Night, WOW! Such a mind Blower! Thanx so much to Brother Neil and his Band/Crew. Those of us that witnessed your show @ The 'Plex are truly in debt.
Neil & the band were in fine form & the audience gave back huge appreciation! Worth the drive from Red Deer to Lethbrige to see a true Canadian Icon!! Thanks Neil!
hey, he's not 64 until November - give him a break will ya ' !
There was sooo much to be thankful for Saturday night, especially Cortez -- it was THE killer!!
