Soon, we're not going to be in Kansas anymore
"Kansas" - 3/20/99 Paramount Theatre, Oakland Ca.
So yesterday we posted a video of "Interstate" thinking maybe LincVolt had already hit the road?
Last we checked, Lincvolt was back in the garage with a white board next to it saying something we can't make out.
So here's a video of Kansas. After listening to the lyrics, it's really not exactly clear why it's called Kansas. But it seemed appropriate as Neil's in Wichita.
So what other road songs would be good to post on? We were looking around for a "Human Highway" clip but didn't find much. So if someone has a good Neil road song, drop a link below.
Thanks 1after909! Good stuff.

Watching the linc Volt car in the garage is like watching the grass grow, and knowing that its left the garage doesn't get me too excited either.

Sing this song going down the road. I'm 63 and wrote my first song dedicated to Neil:
My old man, my old Young
You told me howda get things done,
Good ole Lord blessed me with your sound,
Now I'm floatin' high above the ground
Your songs never made me sad,
Fortunately only holy glad.
Always felt so far out and stoned
You put me in my own happy zone.
Flyin' High, Oh so High
Right into that midnight sky.
You taught me to never hesitate
Your're music's love, never hate
Your respect is always loaned,
To those around who've never known.
You were once a tree
And to me will always be,
Now you say you're just a leaf,
Too far out, beyond belief.
Flyin' High, Never Low
All for you, I'll never let go.
Flyin' High, Oh so high.
Right on in that beautiful sky.

How about "White Line" from Ragged Glory?
No offence, but don't give up the day job. Those lyrics are pretty weak.
I don't think it's necessarily a road song, but one of my favorites would have to be "Trans Am"
