BioNeil: "Influencer of the Year"

The National Biodiesel Board has named Neil Young as the "Influencer of the Year". Said Young in a videotaped statement:

“I’d like to thank the Biodiesel Board for this great honor. It’s a way of life. It’s a better way of moving around the planet.”

And yes, that's Daryl Hannah performing the honors of bestowing the award.
