Two weeks from today -- Saturday, September 26 -- Farm Aid 2026 will be in Virginia Beach, Virginia and we'll be there ... our old hometown.  We're quite excited.

Which reminds us ... about that time that we went to a Farm Aid concert...

It happened back in 2024 during FA Board Member Margo Price's set @ Farm Aid 2024 in Saratoga Springs, NY

 Margo Dives into Crowd!

So, at the end of her set, Margo dives into crowd with a bouquet of roses, per her usual conclusion. After making her way back down to the front, just prior to her exit, we flash "Peace sign" @ Margo. Here's video. Margo goes into crowd at about 6:00.

Neil Young @ Farm Aid 2016 - Bristow, Virginia 

Or about that time that we went to a Farm Aid concert... back in 2016 during Neil Young's set @ Farm Aid 2016 in Bristow, Virginia, between the songs "Human Highway" and "Harvest Moon".

Neil Young begins his commentary on the state of the family farmer. Our  seatmate -- TW's Tour Manager "Hounds That Howell" -- then hoisted a F*CK Mon$anto shirt, which caught Neil's eye.

 

So, Neil Young stops the concert and points out the shirts we were wearing. 

 

We flipped off Neil and his band Promise of the REAL -- to which they in return flipped us all off back.

Quite a joyous little moment in our  Farm Aid concert going.

Or about that time that we went to a Farm Aid concert... back in 2023 About That Time We Went To Farm Aid and A Bob Dylan & The HeartBreakers Concert Broke Out ... 

While most of our amazing day at the Farm Aid 2023 Concert  was spent enjoying the music, food and people, a considerable amount of time went into speculating on the evening's "Special Guest" -- after Neil Young and before Willie Nelson's final slot.

And then -- without any introduction whatsoever -- a band slowly emerged from the side stage, slowly one by one. We turned to our seatmate Jim and The FarmAidians surrounding us and simultaneously inaudibly exclaimed with looks of disbelief --"DYLAN?!"

Or that time @ Farm Aid 40 we spoke to Steve Earle and consoled him about some audio technical issues during his set. He was pretty upset but we said "it's ok, it's cool."
