Via Sugar Mountain, we can see that the recently completed Europe Leg #1 of Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts' Love Earth tour drew relatively deeply from the albums After The Gold Rush, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, Harvest and Ragged Glory with 3 songs each.
Interestingly, the setlists varied with 27 songs drawn from across 16 different albums ranging from 1969's Crazy Horse's Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere to CSNY's Looking Forward.
The core setlist songs played at each of the 13 Europe tour concerts were: Be The Rain, Cinnamon Girl, F*!#in', Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black), The Needle And The Damage Done, Harvest Moon, Sun Green, & Name Of Love.The concerts with the most songs played was July 7 - Montreux Jazz Festival, Montreux, Switzerland and July 11 - Hyde Park, London, England with a total of 18 songs. The concert with the fewest songs played was June 26th - Dublin, Ireland - Malahaide Castle with a total of only 14 songs.

There were zero concert performance debuts or unreleased song performances, unlike NEIL YOUNG 2023 COASTAL TOUR. And -- surprisingly -- no songs played from the newest album Talkin' To The Trees.

It took me a long time to decide whether to attend the concert of Uncle Neil in the capital of my home country, being Brussels. Because it was announced to be only standing, and taking my age (70) into account, it could be a physical torture, but finally I bought a ticket. Coming closer to the date of the concert it was announced that there was going to be a supporting act, so the time to stand would even be longer. And then on the day itself, the weather became very, very hot. Nevertheless I went to Brussels and found a nice spot in the shade (of the PA tower) and close to a fence that gave my old body a bit support. I was witness of a great evening, with great music and a super atmosphere. Thanks Neil and CH.
Afterwards I read that Brussels was even not the best gig of the tour, but anyhow, I truly enjoyed every single minute of it. I will never regret I went to Brussels, standing for almost 4 hours in a temperature of over 30 deg.C.
So great to hear Albert. Yeah, Neil can be a real endurance test no matter what kind of shape you're in.
Say, did we connect in Berlin in 2013?
Just an observation that not only were there no new songs, but apart from the 2 Greendale songs, everything else was from last century.
I attended Dublin and London. Normally I would go with my twin brother or other friends but this year it was solo for my 25th and 26th gigs. The travel worked perfectly for both gigs, always a challenge with RyanAir involved for the Dublin leg. I loved both gigs, Dublin in the rain was wonderful and I agree with Thrashers thoughts in his review, such a shame to miss catching you. London though was a different level, Neil seem in a great mood and the gig was spectacular. I do agree with Albert though, standing for 12 hours in 30+ heat with virtually no shade is a challenge, and I am only 59! I have toyed with going to the USA/Canada leg but just cannot risk gig cancellations due to ill health. I hope these are not my final Neil gigs but if they are, he went out on a high.
