Neil Young is planning a Benefit Concert to be held in Lakefield, Ontario on May 24.
The solo concert details are to be announced soon, per Neil Young Archives. (Thanks Mike "Road Dawg"!)
Recently, Neil Young announced that tour dates will be coming in February. Earlier, Neil Young has confirmed he will perform this summer at the Glastonbury Festival saying: "We Will Be In Glastonbury" per a Letter to The Editor | Neil Young Archives.

As Lakefield in Ontario is near Neil Young's winter residence does this indicate that he is going to live there for extended periods of time? And who will be the beneficiary of this benefit?
Folks in the LA area might like to know that Chris Pierce, who was a phenomenal opener on the Coastal Tour, will be playing 2/1 in Torrance as part of the Black Opry Revue, 2/3 in Pasadena (fire relief benefit), and 3/14 in San Pedro. Go support this great artist.
I hope Neil plays some rare gems at this show
