Photo of the Moment: The Nelson's @ Farm Aid '22
One of our many favorite Farm Aid '22 concert memories was The Nelson's set at the end of the day.
Just really wonderful to see the Father & Sons playing together along with their backing band of well seasoned veterans.
The Photo of the Moment is with Lukas Nelson, Willie Nelson & Micah Nelson on "Everything Is Bullshit". When Willie took the chorus, the crowd got pretty fired up. There seemed to be some resonance on the message perhaps?
Incidentally, it looks like videos from the concert are finally being uploaded to Farm Aid's YT channel.

Question: do they really want that backdrop? Or is it there for criticism? The photo is of a row-crop system, corn. This is the mono-culture that has been ruining our ecologies for over 100 years.
well, that is an interesting observation. esp after watching those images for 12 hours, it never really occurred to us?!
apparently not to FA organizers either. But you're right that a lot of the images are traditional farming scenes.
the videos between acts more closely aligned w/ family farms.
