Asked about a release of the LWW remix currently rolled out on NYA the man himself during a video call for patrons declined any intention to go beyond the NYA and release a tangible version.Questions by the patrons included "Canary", "Homefires", "Electric Judy", also recordings of the 1993 European Tour with Booker T. & the MGs were mentioned. Neil Young described how he ended up with songs on his new album that originated in the 60's.There were a lot of prominent grains, rusties and zumans online who are more apt to summarize what had been said than me, so who's gonna stand up?

Dang. I would love a hard copy of LWW2. But, it would not be a “new” album fully. Maybe that is why.
Question: when is release date for new Chrome Hearts studio album?
Got my bionic hand. Now waiting for tissue to integrate. Will it play the guitar again?

FWIW: Don’t need another LWW2. Mostly b/c “Let’s Impeach the President” has lost whatever meaning or weight it USED to carry. I’m still living with war, in my heart, everyday. Especially today. Impeach is not a strong enough word for the orange buffoon. He should be imprisoned.
First there was a "Greendale High" t-shirt, now there is an "Omemee University" sweat shirt. In class I like to irritate the students by reading all of their t-shirts aloud and start speaking extempore about all these items they wear, from NASA to Santa Cruz, from Yale to LSU, "Redskins" merchandise that couldn't be sold in the US anymore, and pseudo-vintage concert t-shirts of Pink Floyd that their parents could not have bought back in the day, because even they themselves had not been born then. Well, I've been there and back. A "Greendale High" or "Omemee University" item, however, that really would leave me speechless.

Neil looking relaxed with shades on in the sun wearing a University of Omemee T-shirt (which does not exist - a question as asked about it). I thought he looked more frail than last I saw him.
I did not get a lot of the first 20mins as I was in the dentist chair. But here goes on the subjects addressed:
Something about 3 Rail World that I missed but a new entry is on the way for NYA.
Second songs. Neil recorded 5 new songs with the Chrome Hearts in 2 days and still had studio time that he wanted to fill. So he remembered an old tune he played for a radio DJ before he had released anything. There was more I missed.
Living with War. The new mixes will only come out on NYA and maybe YouTube channel as not new material to release. Choir is higher in the mix.
Electric Judy. Its done and maybe some day he’ll release it.
Canary. Edited and ready to go. More work than many other things he does.
Corduroy Plants. Called this because he sings things wrong. Chosen from 22 options and then he spliced with news footage he picked from when his life got weird. Darryl then started working on it to organise and refine editing.
Not much video from Toast sessions. Not good quality. Rough and ineresting.
Writers block is a gift as he’s not searching for anything. It just comes.
No plans for a Sphere show. He’s not for or against. Saw Wizard of Oz there and really great experience. Sounds like not a very musical experience for him.
Ticketmaster monopoly is nothing new. Not a good thing. Capitalism run amok. Its taken the breath out of creativity. Like Amazon. Bezos is Trump’s dog! Tax the billionaires! Big corps are a piece of crap.

Rick Rubin. Old friends. Malibu studio is an incredible place to play. Just making music.
Electric motorcycles. He’s not looked into them himself but thinks they are a huge hazard on forest trails because they’re so quiet. Need to look at elements of them but better than loud motorbikes.
Future performances. Farm aid and probably a few warm-up shows. No idea on songs. Maybe some Living with War songs since he’s been working on them recently.
Has considered playing Drifting Back live but doesn’t plan ahead his setlist and so who knows if he’ll play it.
Greendale characters today. Does not know what Sun Green is doing today. Probably with Earth Brown. Made songs up on the way to studio each day after waking-up with a few notes in his head. Laid down with Billy and Ralph. Fun. One of favourite things he’s done. On NYA IV
Video of Pearl Jam 1994 qualifies and so probably in NYA IV. Hints at something else too but NYA IV will not be as big Vol III. Only what he picks to be in the Archives Collection.
How did he plan the archives and at what age? Saved everything as he did not know what do with it if he didn’t. Started organising the archives in the 90s. It’s evolved so much. Blu rays are passé.
Neil’s Mac starts running out of power and this becomes the natural end to the call.
He explains he’s in a trailer that appears to be some place he goes to get away from things and shows it quickly. There are loads of toy trains in the wall and other cool stuff.
Interestingly the whole thing was being recorded and so no doubt it is now in the archives along with all the other calls and everything else.
I was meant to be seeing him and the Chrome Hearts this weekend in Switzerland (and a few weeks ago in Marseille), but that’s another story….

Second Songs addition:
Neil said several of the new songs are long and lyrically heavy with a lot of verses rather than having extended instrumental breaks.
Which sounds a bit different from recent releases.
3Rail World: Neil had spent the past few days working on the 3 rail world layout as well as filming it for the future NYA release.
I’d say Neil looked relaxed rather than frail and not sure how hot Malibu has been recently to sap a bit of strength.
I was able to take part on a hotel Wi-Fi in Stralsund in Germany whilst on holidays and am grateful it’s cooler here on the Baltic coast than back home in south England.
