  2. Out of context but what is your opinion? Homegrown is supposed to be the breakup album, the album that was too personal. I don’t hear it that way, but on the other hand The Old Homestead album is so much a breakup album. Anyway TOH is my record of 2020!

  3. TOH is phenomenal! Recorded during the same period, covering many of the same themes, both albums are equally breakup records, it’s just that one was assembled to be a proper album and the other is more a sequential presentation. But I really do think of them as alternate versions of the other. They complement each other so well.

  5. I’m loving all the studio outakes on the Old Homestead disc too. I’ve just been listening to that one disc for days now. The 2 live CSN&Y tracks in the middle are nice too.
