    6. Yeah it's gone very quiet about A Letter Home, looks like another delay. Also gone unusually quiet about CSNY Live 1974 boxset. Ah well the "joys" of being a Neil Young fan

    7. The Neil Young & Crazy Horse Artist Signature Series player is a Special Deluxe Pono. It comes with one extra option. It comes with an "Auto-Tune button". This is the only Pono model that comes with the auto-tune option. So, every Pono lover can choose how to listen to more then 500 Crazy Horse songs. The extra button provides the option to hear Poncho's background vocals in tune or, as it has been recorded, out of tune. We called it Technology Special Deluxe. Peace. 11. FWIW, and it's something I've been wonderin' about, the NPR interview confirms that NY does wear hearing aids- note the wire going into his right ear. Not at all surprising, given his age and vocation, but interesting nonetheless.

    12. ...So the hi-res albums are going to cost 10 dollars more than the low res ones. There's a surprise! I wondered where the money would be. I don't doubt Neil's intentions, but this is a just a way for the record companies to sell you the same thing one more time. A last ditch attempt to help save an industry that is already on it's deathbed.

If only the science (and yes, 24/192 is a scientific term) didn't conclusively prove that 24/192 is redundant, inferior even, then I'd approve of it wholeheartedly. As it stands though, it comes a bit too close to scamming people for my liking.

    13. don't want to change the subject but has anyone heard the rumor that Neil & Vapor Records were interested in the young prodigy from the Balitmore
area Andy Poxon? Kid is unbelievable, awesome guitarist, singer & song writer. He had a soul'blues record out last year produced by Duke Robillard. I can see why Neil would dig his song writing. Check him out if you can.
