  6. @Bill in Calgary - thanks for posting but can you post this to the HTT thread @ http://neilyoungnews.thrasherswheat.org/2013/12/neil-young-to-perform-four-benefit.html

    This is about Europe.

ps - tickets for these shows start @ $52.89. Pretty good deal for a small venue to Neil & Diane if we do say so. nice try.

  7. Thanks for the 'heads up' Tdub, but the cheap seats sell quickly and with a capacity of 2057 people at most, which fix go quickest? Still a large chunk of change, even in oil rich Alberta. Even some folks in Europe are finding it a little difficult to afford NY these days.
And besides, most folks in Europe might like to hear the First Nations viewpoint from a more balanced perspective et al. I do not believe they subscribe to either the Calgary Herald or Edmonton Journal. A chance to learn more, perhaps….

  8. A Nimes, il nous a donné rendez-vous pour 2014, mais cela lui paraissait tout de même improbable... J'attends néanmoins avec impatience les nouvelles dates de tournée. A bientôt les amis.

  9. Had to secure a couple of tickets for Lokere Feesten for me and my wife within a couple of hours of finding out about it (she gets to take me to a Crazy Horse gig for her birthday!). Hyde Park again would been awesome, but I have no idea if I'm able to go to London in early July. I guess the last gig of the tour is slightly risky, hopefully Poncho takes it easy this time around.

  10. Friday Noon, read about his gig at lokerse Feesten, and "sale starting immediately". So, no time wasted, reserved a ticket and paid it the same day. Monchengladbach is only 175 km away, so that 'll be the second one. Now hoping for Holland and somewhere near Paris (why not Colmar or Mulhouse) and it could become a great summer.
Sorry for my wife, but I'm afraid the planned vacation wille be rescheduled. :-)

  12. This should call for a new album I would think? Surely, they aren't going to trot out the same 2012 setlist, considering the time spent? We can hope!

  13. Tickermaster in Ireland is advertising this as a Neil Young gig, not NY and Crazy Horse. As there is a significant difference between the two, that needs to be clarified.

  14. Just bought a pair for the Cork gig, now hopefully I'll get to take the time off work to fly back to Cork! Meantime I'll be looking out for a Paris gig too, please let it be at the Zénith this time round. Kinda surprised his still touring with Crazy Horse, doesn't he normally change round a little quicker than this?
