And then there’s the album Neil did with Booker T & the MG’s “Are You Passionate?” Which was underappreciated by many. No fault of Steve Cropper & the band.
ReplyDeleteI admit, Toast is a superior album. Too painful to release at that time! So we got AYP? Instead.
I personally liked AYP? more than most NY fans did. I felt like the band sounded really good on that album, and so did Neil.
Steve Cropper, Booker T & the MGs were a phenomenal band, and fit right in with NY on stage.
(Live to Ride) Dream Machine is an amazing song which I look forward to getting my hands on!
