Also, check out, Amanda Shires and Jason Isbell's cover of Neil Young's "Don't Let It Bring You Down". It's definitely the cover song we all need now -- more than ever.

In the meantime, Keep Calm, No Fear, Shut It Down & Keep on Rockin'.

And if you're finding the world to be confusing and disorienting, please know that just as Bob Dylan dropped 17 Minutes of The TRUTH last month, Johnny Cash dropped 2 Minutes and 47 seconds of The TRUTH in 2006.

Johnny's TRUTH from 14 years ago is now approaching 100,000,000 views (not a typo).

The answer is not only blowing in the wind ... it is in our faces.

  1. hmmmm. Sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes, and all too often, folks' covers of Neil can be fun for them.... I guess, and that is great in their living room. But this one is truly uninspired if you ask me, which nobody did.

  2. And then I'm gonna go find my mom and dad
    And good old brother Doug
Well I bet him and cousin Jackie
Are still cuttin' up a rug

I wanna see all my mama's sisters
Cause that's where all the love starts
I miss 'em all like crazy
    Bless their little hearts

Yeah this old man is goin' to town
Yeah this old man is goin' to town
-- John Prine When I Get to Heaven

    It's 4 am and I'm sitting here
    Tears drying on my cheeks
Sometimes I'll wake up this time
My heart breaks then it leaks

    Remember meeting Kris and
    We talked about John
    On a magical night
    Can't believe now he's gone

    Used to sing Dear Abby
    To my best friend Jim
    We'd laugh, talk and smile
    Really missing him

    Close my eyes remember
    On a hot Summer day
John was singing from the stage
    Nothing in the way

He and I were young back then
    Life seemed much more certain
    Didn't see the tightrope much
    Or worry 'bout the curtain

    Everything that came round once
    Will never come again
But I've still got his music
    And memories of back when

    Then I'll play another one
    And then another few
    Summer's End will come again
The world will still be new

    Wabi Sabi
    Get a hobby
    Met a pretty girl
    In the hotel lobby

    For John
