Thank you for your participation, cooperation, and keep on rockin'!
Culling from the 15 Neil & POTR shows I have seen these are my favorite songs done with Lukas & POTR:
ReplyDeleteMy two all time NY&POTR favorites: (Like An Inca and Cortez) - Tato Melgar totally rocks on these song spicing it up big time with latin beat and flavor!
(Walk On/ Tell Me Why / Are You Ready For The Country?/ Lotta Love / Words / Winterlong / Unknown Legend / Out On The Weekend / Everybody Knows This is Nowhere / Albuquerque / I've Been Waiting For You / Love To Burn/ From Hank To Hendrix) Because POTR brings beautiful vocal harmonies Micah plays piano on some of them expanding the sound and Lukas adds sensitive guitar interpretation to these achingly emotional songs.
(Love And Only Love / Powderfinger / Rockin' In The Free World) Because POTR loves these songs and get off rockin' the shit out of 'em!
P.S. I did not include Fuckin' Up because no Neil band plays it with the joy and raunchiness of the Poncho Crazy Horse lineup!!!
oh yeah HtH! Like An Inca for sure.
ReplyDeleteAgree on the FU selection.... although you can never have too many FU's now can you?! :)
