Neil Young Celebrates Birthday in Brazil with New Friends

Neil Young and Elliot Roberts
with Felipe Arthur Floriani and buddies

Last month, Neil Young celebrated his 66th birthday at the Sustainability Forum in Brazil.

While in Brazil, Neil was able to make some new friends.

A note from Felipe in Brazil:
Hello,

I am an avid reader of Thrasher's Wheat.

I live in the city of Brusque / SC - Brazil. I am a big fan of Neil Young's old Indian. When I heard that NY would be here in my country and still on his birthday and got the car and traveled thousands of miles to see him.

Long story short: We sing happy birthday to him, could give the gift he had brought to him, saw the premiere of his film 'Journeys' and still got a photo! I share this amazing moment with one of the craziest things which have experienced!

No doubt that Neil Young was, is and will be one of the craziest musicians of all ages.

A big hug to the partners of Thrasher's Wheat.

Sincerely,
Felipe Arthur Floriani

Thanks Felipe! And a big hug right back. :)

What a fantastic way to celebrate Neil's 66th birthday!

Thanks for reading!
