  1. Fantastic show. Excellent crowd. I rarely see Blossom that filled. Lawn was packed. Had a drunk guy vomit all over the place in section 138 during Old Man but other than that no complaints. Some really incredible versions of Cowgirl, Hurricane, and Hey Hey My My. Ohio was substantial. Whole entire crowd stood up. Chills. Glad to see Neil back at Blossom. Beautiful venue.

  2. Also, Daddy Went Walkin' had subtle Music Arcade nods and Hurricane had some Scattered riffs infused. Very cool.

  5. After 16 tour concerts, Neil has finally performed a song from new album “Talkin’ to the Trees” in the setlist with “Silver Eagle”.

“Mr. Soul ” was also another tour premiere. Neil played the song with an orange "Gretsch 6120", which he owned from 1963 to 1965 in his youth band The Squires.

    So a guitar premiere?!

  11. Great show although the Detroit show was a tad better. Blossom is a terrific venue. But the highlight of the evening was running into the
"Thrashers" pre show! Nice meeting and talking with you both. Perhaps we will see you again in Denver on Labor Day.

    1. Great to hear from you Eric. Nice meeting up with you and your wife before the concert. Enjoyed your Detroit rundown.
We exited venue on Kent State Drive.
Pretty surreal after just hearing Ohio in Ohio.
This was a big one for us. Always dreamed about hearing this song so close to it's roots.
Everyone we spoke to after said total chills.
Beautiful night, wonderful venue, great crowd and band firing on all cylinders.
      Pretty perfect.

  12. This was filmed at the Cuyahoga Falls show in Ohio so if you were in the Pit you might be on this video with Micah Nelson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5bHyoTzkZw
