Astrid Young To Open Canada Leg of Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts "love earth tour"

Astrid Young has been announced as opening act for the Canadian leg Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts "love earth tour" this summer.

Rev. Billy and The Stop Shopping Choir will also open on the tour, per Neil Young Archives | T-C.

    Odd. To me. This announcement. The timing. This post. Last year Astrid toured with “ Our House”. No mention from Neil. On Archives? But she seemed to be highlighted, “marqueed”, if you like, in name only. To perform in what I considered a Very minor part. Of a lackluster show.
    Billed as De ja vu 50th.
    Also included David Crosby’s son. And the dude who opened fer Neil/Coastal. Memorable not in name, but fer the weakest rendition of “Southern Man”.
    Cash grab. Reduex. Hard.Pass.
