Willie Nelson for Nobel Peace Prize!
for Farm Aid and his work on alternative fuels, and world peace initiatives

Here's the semi un-official YouTube video for the campaign for a Nobel Peace Prize for Willie Nelson. The campaign is based on Willie's work on sustainable agriculture, alternative fuels, and world peace initiatives.

The video was made by Matthew Moore and features previous Nobel winners and poses the question "Not To Know".

  1. Oh there are more real Cowboys and Cowgirls out there. Those who see the Real reflect it with the message in their music. Close to home there's Gary Clark Jr's new song about racial stereotypes This Land and Margo with All American Made. Just look for who's picking' up the pearls Willie's been dropping and those are the real Cowboys.

  2. Funny to think Neil is playing with the father of his future bandmates here... who weren't even born at the time of this video! Really comes full circle. Was watching Honeysuckle Rose on TCM recently. Very dated, but a real treat to see Willie, his band and Slim Pickens.

  4. @ HtH - yeah, they'e out there ... just have to work harder to find these days.

Gary and Margo make good for next gen Cowboys/girls.

So, are there anymore REAL cowboys? yes! Lukas, the Cosmic Cowboy w/ sidekick Micah as Cosmic Cowdude. They're keeping it REAL.

    @ rtg - yeah, funny isn't it?!

Full circle. And just above we observe the synchronicity of "Are there anymore REAL cowboys?" and Promise of the REAL.

Ahh, Slim Pickens. Now there's a REAL cowboy ...

@ Joe - there's a notcie up on NYA feeds on Dead Man release.

We haven't done anything here on TW. maybe we should look into?

Anything of significance in terms of original release and re-release?
