  1. Hi Neil,
Thanks for doing this. Pretty cool.

So my question is: What was that like working with DEVO? Looked pretty crazy on the set. Pretty hilarious with that Bijou Boy sequence. And the milk pouring scene was far out. What's up with that?

  2. It's Booji Boy. (And for some background on that scene and the milk bath see Shakey p. 531)

Sort of forgot the Shakey story. But most folks don't know full story. and certainly hearing Neil tell it would be priceless.

  4. How's it going Neil? Could you please explain the concept behind the "Rust Never Sleeps" film/tour, i.e. large amps/props/road eyes?

    Thanks, Jonathan from Hershey, PA

You have the best sound! Was the Rust Never Sleeps Tour the first time you used your
    orange box and Whizzer?

  7. Dave from Toronto,

I was wondering about that recording of Hey, Hey, My, My with Devo.
Is that the origianal studio recording of the song?
And did you make any other recordings with Devo?

  9. Hi Neil,

Ross from Hermosa Beach, California. I wanted to know what happened to all of the awesome props you used in Rust Never Sleeps. Are the big amps I've seen you on tour with the same ones from that tour?

  10. NY,

Your films are poorly conceived and produced and as a movie fan unwatchable. My question is why do you even try. Thanks for the music though even though by most accounts are poorly conceived and produced (but that's why your music is so incredible). I call your music the Bernie Sanders effect.

  11. Hi Neil- Omar from Austin. Why did you name the movie Human Highway? Is it somehow meant to relate to your song of the same title?

@ Timothy - not too sure your question will be selected. Maybe try again? Sort of a tone thing, if you catch our drift.

  15. Hi Neil - in Human Highway, did you have any particular list of songs that you knew you were including in the movie, or was it spur of the moment decision? Jo from Winnipeg

Hi Neil many of the takes from Live Rust were used for the Rust Never Sleeps album...was that your intention from the start or did you record them in studio as well but maybe preferred the live cuts?

    Come see us again soon!
