  1. hey Thasher I have a problem with these so called fans of over 40 years who complain about the content of Neil's conerts, they are intelligent enough to find your web site that gives them the most complete coverage of Neil's ongoing career with film clips as well as insightful reviews of all his concerts yet they still exspect to go and see a rehash of hits from the early part of his career, don't they have the ability to read or they incapabile of comphending the written word.
I have a solution to their problem ,go to their local seniors club and listen to a covers band or maybe go to a karioke club and choose the songs they want to hear and get up and sing along ,that way they can vocalise the whining that gives them so much pleasure

  3. WOW!!! Comment one!!!! very strong words but unfortunately you are right and not just with fs but it seems this whole country is dealing with uneducated fools!! and to me one who goes to collage does not mean he is smart!!!!! I just love Neil and his family!! He has a heart of Gold and no pum intended. I know in my heart Neil Young would save a life if he knew about a very serious one. Keep on rockin in the free world!!

  4. The country is dumber than ever! The stupid are encouraged and supported with social programs. I'm with you Anon... I don't want to see a show from 20 years ago.

  5. Everybodys Rockin' in Neils BEST Album. Full disguise in place. Made to order for record company clowns. Straight Rock and Roll.

Actually, Neils says it right, there is no best in music.
It's the listeners delight, or not.

    All one song, thank god.

  6. Sorry for hijacking this thread with something completely else.

My music listening has been and still is evolved through radio, friends, reviews and more. One of the best and most important sidetracks of being a Neil Young fan for me is the music created by Jason Molina. With sadness I now read the news that he has passed away.

I will for a couple of days leave PP (which I love) aside and spend some time to listen on a selection of tracks from Jason Molinas great catalogue of songs. E g the complete album "What Comes After the Blues?" with Magnolia Electric Co. or two tracks from the album "Trials and Errors" which I, at least in parts, interpret as a homage to Neil Young - "Almost Was Good Enough" and "The Big Beast".

Best regards from "One of the lurkers"

  7. why do we need yet another haranguing from Anonymous and a hijacking of a Allman Bros doing Needle thread ? Thats the better question. Just 2 weeks ago there were complete threads devoted to Doubters. Thats the place for your schrill venom to be spewed. Again Anonymous, you give our name a bad one. Within reason and decorum people have a right to voice their opinion on this site. The sites creator has said and implied this many times. Grow the hell up.
