LOL -- That would have been too funny if they would have stuck with the "Thrashers" but I think blood is thicker than water, dude!

    Go Oilers!

  7. During the 2nd intermission of the TO/Montreal game they showed Neil's "Winnipeg Jets Ticket" tweet, and then Bachman Turner sang "We Just Got Back the Jets" (think you ain't seen nothing yet")

    That was cool!

    Grungy

  8. @Zak

I think Neil is funny because he seems so sarcastic/amused at whatever he's doing. Kinda reminds me of his interventions on the CSNY stuff on Archives 1

  10. @ Alex -- Not sarcastic or amused. He's giddy like a school boy! This is the real Neil -- Canadian Neil.

We may physically move thousands of miles away from our home, but spiritually we're only a single heartbeat away.

Once a Canadian, always a Canadian.

    Geesh, Alex, you know that!!!

    Go Oilers!

  11. You can the boy out of Winnipeg, but you can't take Winnipeg out of the boy....Loved this post Thrasher..Winnipeg's home opener is this Sunday and wouldn't it be fantastic if Mr. Young made an appearance! Wouldn't that be just like him!
